How do I send you my stems/trackout?

Export or bounce your tracks so they all start at the same time

Zip your stems into a compressed folder

Use a service such as wetransfer or sendspace to upload your files

Email your stems to opzen.mixing@gmail.com

Write any notes you may have on your email message

Your notes should include any reference tracks, special effects that you want, preferred quality/resolution. 

How should I prepare my files?

Export or bounce your tracks in a Lossless format such as WAV

For best quality, ensure there are no effects or compression on your Master channel

Your vocals and recordings should already be cleaned and tuned/pitch corrected

What if I only want my vocals mixed?

If you have a beat that is already mixed and you only want to put your vocals on it, we offer vocal only mixing at a discounted price. Select the "Vocal Mixing Only" option in our store page, then send us your vocal stems plus the instrumental to opzen.mixing@gmail.com

Do I have to give credit?

Credits are always very appreciated. If you are happy with our service and wish to credit the engineer please give credit to "OP Zen".

Do you offer revisions?

We offer unlimited revisions. We won't stop until you are satisfied.

We do not offer refunds at this time. We want to make sure you are satisfied with your mix so we offer unlimited revisions on the work instead of refunds. We won't stop until you love it.
